Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 176 East 3 Street, Manhattan, praise its spacious apartments, rent stabilization, and convenient elevator access. Many renters value the building's prime location and affordable pricing. Positives include responsive superintendents and generally quiet, friendly neighbors. However, recurring issues center on pest control, with multiple reports of mice and roaches, as well as occasional garbage and basement cleanliness problems. Water pressure and heating are mostly satisfactory, though some note lack of central air and slow repairs for appliances. Package theft and the need for improved maintenance and management responsiveness are also mentioned. Overall, it's favored for space and cost despite some upkeep challenges.
