Not the worst, not the best

Pros

Great location, updated appliances, in-unit laundry.

Cons

Hugeeeeee bug problem whilst living here. The landlord did try to help and scheduled pest control to come multiple times, but it did not make a difference. No rats inside, but plenty outside. Floorboards are damaged. Mailboxes were broken. Overall, I would not recommend.
