Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight the prime East Village location of 67 East 3rd Street as unbeatable. The building boasts well-maintained units, good water pressure, and quiet neighbors. Positive aspects include responsive property management, tidy laundry and trash rooms, and timely repairs. However, negative feedback centers around slow responses from the management company, occasional temperature control issues, and noise from the vibrant neighborhood. Despite minor drawbacks, the consensus leans towards recommending the building for its overall upkeep, amenities, and convenient setting in a bustling area of Manhattan.

Great location, terrible management co
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location can't be beat as it's prime EV. Well-maintained studio & 1BR units, and good W/D setup in building
Cons:
Yuco Mgmt is the worst landlord/mgmt co I've ever dealt with in NY. Slow response times to everything (incl. when heat went out for weeks during the dead of winter) and crazy rent hikes

Love the building
Former Tenant
Pros:
This location is unbeatable. The property management is very responsive, and the apartments have a great layout with lots of light. The neighbors are quiet and considerate with noise, and the building’s laundry room and trash room are tidy.
Cons:
I could at times smell smoke in the bathroom from the neighboring apartments. The heating in the winter is strong, and can get a bit hot during warmer winter days. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy, which is to be expected.

Good building good location!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall a great building to live in. It is well kept, very quiet, no significant issues with the unit and repairs are done fairly quickly. Laundry in the basement is a plus. Great location!
Cons:
Only issue is sometimes the unit can get hot when the outside temperature requires the furnace to be running even when it could be turned off
