Lived here for 3 years - great building!

Pros:
Responsive management, clean, haven’t had to deal with pests, amazing location
Cons:
Sometimes it takes a while for follow through after the management comes and takes a look at things that need repairs

Pros:
Never had any issues with pests, management was responsive to email and always gave us a heads up when the super would need to get into our apartment.
Cons:
Stairwell could be cleaner/better maintained.
