Dingy st. marks walk up but you get what you pay for

my upper floor unit was surprisingly quiet as it was back facing
Cons:
discovered roaches towards the end of the lease, super is not very responsive

Good for students and for first apartment

Dishwasher, location, super was great and very responsive
Cons:
Consistent rat/mice issues even with a lot of help from the super, management team could be unresponsive/slow but is close by, lots of street noise, package thieves were common
