    Tall ceilings and lively neighborhood
    Cons:
    Terrible neighbors that throw parties or play music all night. Many have subwoofers they refuse to turn off. Walls are paper thin so you'll hear foot steps, bass, parties.
    Advice to owner:
    Enforce noise rules with all neighbors
