Everyone I encountered around the apartment was friendly and respectful. The lobby was always clean and well-maintained, and pest control made routine visits every few months for peace of mind. On top of that, the location is absolutely fabulous.

Cons

It’s important to note for current and upcoming tenants that there is significant construction happening. We were not made aware of this prior to moving in, and it creates near-constant noise. In addition, the construction has caused frequent plumbing and water issues, with water, hot water, and plumbing being shut off regularly. Unfortunately, this makes working from home extremely difficult.

Advice to the owners

Make sure tenants are aware of construction, manage water issues better.
