Loved my bedford apt

Pros:
Super was great and responded quickly to anything. Great location.
Cons:
Had a cockroach problem that never fully went away even after spraying.

Location is unmatched, friendly neighbors, responsive landlords and maintenance team, great apartment layout
Cons:
Loud street noise heard in apartment, some pest issues, no natural light in apartment, extremely loud radiator system.
Advice to owner:
More regular common space cleaning could be good, and maintenance on the heating system
