    A literal rats’ nest
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The location is wonderful and units are a decent size. Very quiet building and the neighbors were all wonderful.
    Cons:
    It’s a literal rats’ nest. Rats in the walls, rats in the lobby, rats clawing their way into the units. Building management does nothing to control it. Absolutely horrible.
