Solid good location

Pros:
Close to subway, roof access is great in the summer, responsive landlord, hardly increased rent
Cons:
Really loud street side, found mice droppings and a few too many cockroaches
Advice to owner:
Pest control, found a few too many cockroaches and mice

So many bugs. Even after extermination. Rodents. They also did not care to help and communicate regarding the mice. Just negligent all around.
