Like, fine I guess but pretty bad

Location is nice and close to office. Love that you can buzz people in from your phone when they call you

Cons

Rooms actually get scorching hot in the winter and there is no way to turn off the heater. The heater is so damn loud too and it wakes all of my roommates up. Hot water is so inconsistent in the winter and it will take forever for someone to come to fix. Whenever they did, there water was working which was always very frustrating
