Great location, some issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, fairly quiet street. Hallways stay generally clean. The face ID for entry that was installed is great. Pretty spacious apartments.
Cons:
- There are a few neighbors who get in screaming fights every day / night.
- Almost all of my packages have been stolen in my time here, can't order anything worth value to the building
- Management is not very helpful with the above issues, not super responsive
