Mismanaged, Mouse-Infested, Massively Overpriced

Pros:
Conveniently located 1 block from Penn/Moynihan, walking distance to the restaurants/bars of Chelsea
Cons:
-the single worst property management company (Midas) I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Unresponsive at best, and when they do respond they're entirely unhelpful, unprofessional, and basically useless
-hot water goes out frequently
-garbage area is always a mess; people rifle through it and the property mgmt does nothing about it
-mail carrier doesn't put mail in mailboxes, they just put the entire building's mail into a pile and make us sort through it to find our own
-according to one maintenance worker who entered the basement, the basement is infested with mice
Advice to owner:
Get a new property management company. Fix the place. The building is literally crumbling.

Convenient location with garden
Cons:
Management changed twice over 2 years, neither was responsive. Ceiling leaks, a staircase that collapsed, frequent boiler issues were all unaddressed.
Advice to owner:
The building would be better off with a new owner and proper management.
