Great apartment for first timers!

Pros:
Management was helpful, laundry room is nice, kitchens and bathrooms very updated
Cons:
Loud, not the greatest area, tiny rooms
Advice to owner:
Some units have laundry how come?

Pros:
Clean, no bugs or rodents whatsoever
Cons:
In a really loud area( Street traffic). Lots of crazy people right outside on the corner
Advice to owner:
Police precinct right around the corner. Maybe ask them to pay more attention to homeless presence on the corner of 37th and 9th.
