Tall ceilings, good location
Cons:
No heat for the entirety of winter, stove broken and refusing to fix, doesn’t respond to emails, very rude, cheapskates
Advice to owner:
stop sucking

Good Apartment in Chelsea

Great Location. Near the subway. Management is good.
Cons:
Heat is central. Apartment is very hot all winter. Small space.
