Pros:
neighbor's are lovely, some have been in the building since it went up. Close proximity to subways, west village, west side highway
Cons:
If you want to live in a building where everything goes wrong, this is the building for you. Heat and hot water go out at least once a week, cafeteria BLASTS music on the weekends and your whole apartment will shake. The super is useless and gaslights you constantly. The landlord is a slumlord who doesnt get the proper permitting for things so the building is extremely unsafe and a hazard.

People complained that they say small baby rats in their apartment. enough said.
Advice to owner:
do better. treat you tenants with respect and do the right thing.
