Surprise rent increase between listing and lease Most of the appliances are nonfunctional or work shoddily (including but not limited to AC, dishwasher, sewage system, pipes, sink, shower, tub, and intercom) Loud (This is the building closest to the metro north cons, the vents make noise 24/7, and the pipes make banging noises multiple times a day loud enough to wake you from sleep) Neighborhood at night isn't ideal, if you are a woman I wouldn't go out at this time Management is unresponsive and indifferent, super dodges you as much as possible Severe sewer gas issues with no responsiveness (you will be severely sick because of this)
