Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 145 East 26 Street highlight its prime location, in-unit washer/dryer, elevator, and decent water pressure as notable positives. Many tenants find neighbors quiet and respectful with a good pet policy. However, a recurring issue is poor management characterized by high staff turnover, slow owner responsiveness, and inadequate maintenance support. Heating problems during winter and pest infestations (notably mice) are commonly reported concerns. Garbage management and cleanliness vary significantly across reviews, while noise levels tend to be moderate to low. Rent increases and security issues like package theft also affect tenant satisfaction. Overall, management improvements and better communication are strongly advised.

Worst management company ive ever encountered
Former Tenant
Pros:
- washer/dryer in unit - great location
Cons:
Management is AWFUL, the owner is a crook and they do not take care of the building.
They overwork their staff and don't care about their tenants

Decent apartment, terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building itself was relatively clean, neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the units are relatively updated with modern appliances and finishes.
Cons:
The super and property manager changes every few months or so - the high turnover is indicative bad behavior by the property management company. Search up Centennial Properties on google and you will find all that you need to know. They aren't very responsive for smaller maintenance issues; you will have to figure out how to fix them yourself.
