Close to a lot of restaurants and bars as well as groceries
Close to the 6, R,Q,W

No bugs or rodents
Cons:
Was very cold in the winter
Very loud at night especially on weekends
A lot of plumbing issues
Advice to owner:
Fix the entry door to close directly behind people vs slowly closing. Create an online system where people can send their rent in vs having it be a physical check each time
