Good building/location, but roach infested

Quiet, good location, washer dryer in unit, dishwasher, nice unit
Cons:
Roach infested, management barely responds which led to an even worse infestation, need better pest control and need to eradicate the building roach issue Also packages are stolen a lot.
Advice to owner:
Better pest control

In unit w/d. Some units have dishwashers too. Very quiet. Trash area newly renovated
Cons:
Management/super hard to get ahold of. Some units have not been renovated in decades. Recent pipe burst took out many units
Advice to owner:
Stop raising rents without renovating!!!!!

Great location, garbage taken care of daily, digital intercom that you can buzz in from your phone
Cons:
Literally non existent super. You call a number or email and get a response in a few days. Do not expect immediate service if something needs attention. Cleanliness of floors could improve. Packages get stolen often. Front door locks have issues from time to time.

Super quiet building!

Can’t hear the neighbors at all, super thick walls
Cons:
We share a garbage alleyway with Ruby’s restaurant so the trash fills up super fast and you constantly crash into waiters when you’re out there

close to everything, good responsive management, help with any issues in a very timely manner.
Cons:
mice, didn’t mind the noise but you can hear all the restaurants below at all times and there’s a birthday every single night at norma’s so be ready hear “happy birthday” song at least once a night.
packages get stolen a lot.. like a lot

I really a really good building. Management is very responsive to get things fixed, you just need to be proactive about asking for it. Building is well maintained, and in a great area.
Cons:
Nothing so far, have only been here a couple months though.
