Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight 125 East 31 Street as a spacious building with good water pressure and central heating. The presence of a doorman is appreciated, and its proximity toessential amenities like the subway and Trader Joe's adds convenience. However, some units face pest issues, particularly roaches, and maintenance of older features like bathroom and kitchen spaces is suggested. Overall, the building offers large pre-war apartments but requires improvement in pest control and maintenance to enhance the living experience.

Cons:
Very small Kitchenette, basically no counter-top (Space for dish rack only). Just Fridge, Sink, 4 top stove/oven.
