Pros:
Very nice doormen, very responsive management. Had an issue w/ dryer, reported and was fixed next day while I was at work.

Can get noisy (thin windows)
Doorman keeps changing. Some of them are not super friendly
Advice to owner:
It would be great if you could change the windows and put double glass to isolate the noise from the street
