great building, minus the laundry

laundry machines broke like every week

have cash on hand for when the laundry machines break

Pros:
Good location and accessible to gym, grocery and restaurants
Cons:
Management company is not suited for basic communication and they have zero interest in the tenant's needs. The unit I lived in suffered from rodent infestation for nearly one year, and they still managed to raise the rent during the height of COVID.
