Pros:
I love this building and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, quiet and spacious with modern appliances. The super is also amazing.
Cons:
Honestly no cons, great apartment. Never had issues with pests in our unit but occasionally will see them in the laundry room

Great spot to live in a quiet and convenient neighborhood

Very responsive super, updated finishes, feels safe and secure, lots of natural light, huge true bedroom
Cons:
Expensive for a flexed apartment, was told flex wall not allowed to go to ceiling, packages have been stolen
