Live there for a year and half
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building. Nice location, close to subways, restuarnts, and shops. Really not noisy at all. Great view of the city skyline. Heat and AC work very well. Water pressure too high even. Very good gym. friendly doorman and super. Fast response to ticket.
Cons:
Management is new or not that competent. Always putting in new rules or changing rules. One or both elevator fails frequently. It is a bit overpriced for this area. Leased in Dec 2023 for 18 month lease, 2 free month, for 5650. Renewal offer starting June 2025 is 5850, no free month. Big rent jump.

SO FAR SO GOOD
Former Tenant
Pros:
Front desk / Concierge team are extremely friendly and very helpful The views are great and the shared common areas are kept very clean. Quick responses by management For the most part, very quite
Cons:
In-unit washer and dryers are a bit smaller and older than I'd like. Elevators can be out a lot but it usually comes back up the next day

Poor Management, Racist Neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The views are amazing, from the balcony and the rooftop
Cons:
The manager is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. *Some* of the tenants are known to be racist (ironic considering the neighborhood they chose to live in)

Far from a luxury building
Former Tenant
Pros:
My lease is almost over
Cons:
The Mgmt only cares about collecting rent, the attention to detail (cleanliness, timeliness in completing the building and etc) is a joke. We had an open trash area in the parking lot for months claiming it was the city’s fault.
Advice to owner:
Deliver a better experience for your tenants
