    NYU building, you get what you pay for but super is great

    Pros:
    super is great
    apartments are big
    price is great
    this is an NYU owned building so it is only rented to people working as postdoctoral fellows for NYU
    Cons:
    this building is old and has had a lot of issues over the years: heating, water, elevator, mice.
    Management is not super responsive, but most issues have been somehow resolved and they got better at communicating with tenants.
