Overall Solid Building

Pros:
Nice doorman, great roof deck, well maintained, responsive management.
Cons:
Not a lot of noise from unit-to-unit, but very easy to hear any and all noise being made in the hallway for whatever reason.
Central AC doesn’t get turned on until May, which is a problem for warm days in April.
