Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 155 East 52 Street highlight its central Midtown location with excellent transit access and spacious units featuring ample closet space. Tenants appreciate the friendly, attentive doormen and superintendents who maintain a secure environment and handle maintenance requests promptly. However, persistent pest issues, particularly roaches, remain a significant concern despite regular exterminations. Cleanliness and garbage management receive mixed feedback, with some noting poor upkeep and outdated facilities such as broken laundry rooms and old appliances. Noise levels vary, particularly for street-facing units, and some apartments lack modern amenities like air conditioning or dishwashers. Rent stabilization status varies across units.
