    Good first stop in the city

    Pros:
    Amenities (gym, pool, roof, resident lounges). Convenient location to walk to offices in midtown. Very safe neighborhood.
    Cons:
    Raised rent by 12% from year 1 to year 2. July utilities doubled from June utilities.

    Feels like I am living in a dorm, but overall it is a nice building.
