    Great place to live

    Pros:
    - Modern finishes in the kitchen and bathroom
    - Amazing rooftop
    - Fitness center that's well equipped
    - Sun drenched apartment with view of the East River
    - Proximity to transit
    - Tranquil neighborhood
    - The doormen are amazing
    - Maintenance is lightning fast with fixing any issues in the apartment
    Cons:
    - We're in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it's a bit on the pricy side
    - The unit we're in is a bit small
    - We're up for a lease renewal and they increased the rent by 8.8%

    As good as it gets as a luxury building at midtown

    Pros:
    Great accessibility across uptown and downtown, good building considering the older neighborhood, good rooftop views, in door washer dryer, friendly doormans.
    Cons:
    it’s an older building and changed management last year - feels like amenities are outdated - thin windows that leaks air, noisy old PTAC units makes it hard to sleep during summer, and new management increase the rent for old tenants.
