Nice city location but also home to pests and suboptimal management

Pros:
Doormen and maintainance staff are all very friendly and accommodating and provide an excellent safe and secure environment. Nicely redone and renovated pre war building. Great central location.
Cons:
Roaches (small and occasionally large ones) are my biggest pain point…be prepared to use your whole arsenal of sprays, baits, and traps to keep them at bay. Appliances are broken or outdated. Management is extremely slow to respond (if at all) to apartment problems. Can be noisy to those not used to city noise but I personally don’t mind the background noise and can sleep just fine - even with the occasional honk or ambulance siren.
Advice to owner:
Please update appliances, have better pest control, and more responsive management staff especially related to apartment issues.

OK Building but Not for Luxury Prices

Staff and neighborhood are lovely
Cons:
Management is hesitant to take action on issues and mostly leaves you to fend for yourself.
Advice to owner:
Team's responsiveness has to match your pricing if you want to continue the rent increases
