Classic UES Neighborhood Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The team working at this building is the best. They are dedicated and genuinely care about the tenants. Close to everything- great location.
Cons:
rent increases are high and there are too many people involved in the process- used to have one person, who knew the tenants and dealt with any issues
Advice to owner:
update the laundry room as the rubber holds all the filth from the previous user, shampoo hallway carpets

Don’t rent from here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was close to my college which made the location perfect.
Cons:
There were moments in the winter where my apartment had no heat, there were mice that the landlord knew of and did nothing to help, and the landlord was unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
If you are going to charge all that money for rent, you better at least have working heat during a NYC winter.
