Isn't worth the rent!

Pros:
Neighbors, no smoking, and the friendly super
Cons:
Mouse and water bugs, and repairs that never happen or require multiple follow-ups. If sth breaks, takes 6m to get fixed and only if absolutely necessary- they don't care about cosmetics, and leaking ceilings don't get painted after repairing the leak. They've been renovating the entrance for >6m now, still have dangerous exposed electrical cables sticking out of the walls.
Advice to owner:
Check on your repair crew/ subcontractors for sticking to their time frame and get guarantees that the issue will get fixed! They don't know what they are doing!
