Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 334 East 63 Street reveal a mixed tenant experience. The building boasts attentive doormen, a convenient location, clean common areas, and helpful on-site staff, with some units featuring in-building laundry and dishwashers. However, persistent issues include poor management responsiveness, frequent noise from traffic and neighbors, occasional pest sightings, and heating system inconsistencies due to the building's age. Water shutoffs and weak noise insulation are further concerns. While many appreciate the community and amenities like elevators and package security, management's handling of maintenance and tenant relations has drawn criticism, suggesting room for improvement to enhance resident satisfaction.

Pros:
Amazing doormen, lovely neighbors, quiet even though its by the Queensboro, and great neighborhood
Cons:
The water was shut off more frequently than most would like, older building so the boiler and heaters don't work great, lack of natural light

Worst fucking management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, on site workers are nice, elevator, laundry in-unit, and currently building a gym.
Cons:
Worst management I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent and rude. They don’t answer emails or calls. You will never get a maintenance issues resolved. It is loud when traffic gets backed up due to bridge / 2nd Ave. I find at least 3 roaches a week in my apartment (mind you we are clean). Can hear the people above you. Will never move to a Stonehenge managed building again. Can’t wait to never give them a cent of my money again, they’ve ruined this experience. They have broken multiple NYC tenant laws as well. BEWARE
Advice to owner:
Get better management staff or more staff who can handle issues. The lack of communication, accommodation, and flexibility is disgusting.
