Pretty ok to fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean enough, good pest control (never had any problems), heat and hot water consistent, pretty quiet, smooth package deliveries, responsive super, laundry in building
Cons:
They hire cheap workers to do repair work who are a hit or miss (more miss than hit), you have to stay on top of them to get what you need (sometimes you will never get it), only one washer and one dryer in the laundry room, they also gouge on rent
Advice to owner:
invest more in the apartments with quality materials and labor, another set of washer and dryer would also be good
