    Pros:
    Near nice things on the UES
    Cons:
    Property Manager could not be bothered to respond to calls or emails and it actively felt like we were being avoided. We dealt with pests for months and were ignored the whole time. Hallways are filthy, entire building is falling apart.

    mice infested
    poor management- took forever to repair water damage in ceilings
    unit was old and needs renovation, everything is just so cheap and dirty
