U get what u pay for!

Pros:
Great so far- Garbage disposal is easy, no pest issues (so far- knock on wood), Super (Marek) and super’s helper (Emmanuel) live in the building, and I’m really comfortable with how much I pay in rent. Emmanuel has been super helpful!
Cons:
Intercom/buzzer system does not work. Could only be programmed to 1 tenant and has worked maybe a couple of times. No communication of different events (water off, exterminator visit, etc.) and rental office is difficult to get in touch with.
Advice to owner:
Send monthly emails of when water gets turned off or when exterminator comes. Please get a better intercom system! I have yet to meet a tenant that it works for so I don’t know what you’re paying for.
