    Pros:
    Great location in Upper East Side close to Central Park. Nice clean building with a nice gym and fitness classes that residents can access. This review is based on 2012-2013 experience.
    Cons:
    Rooms for students and interns are very small. Shared bathrooms/showers are not the best and should be cleaned more often.
    One shared Kitchen per floor, should be larger and updated.
