Great location. Laundry in the building Nice layout/floor plans with some character Basics were covered (heat, water, garbage pickup)
Cons:
Pests Slow response for easy fixes Building manager was awful to deal with
Advice to owner:
Specific to the building's manager, treat people with dignity. Keep up the maintenance of the building a bit better.

Affordable, good location
Cons:
The building is infested with mice and the landlord does NOTHING to resolve. Does not answer emails, super is unresponsive, a tenant was left actually homeless after they brought in outside exterminator who found her apartment a hazard - building still did not respond. Problem has still not been resolved
Advice to owner:
Answer your tenants and get rid of the mice

Pros:
Gorgeous building with stable, responsible and quiet tenants. Great super and the owner of the building is heavily involved in the day to day. Great natural light in all units. Quiet street with great shops right downstairs. Right around the corner from a grocery and pharmacy. Laundry on every other floor.
Cons:
Only offered studios and small one bedrooms, so once we wanted to increase the size of our space we had no options in the building. No central AC and the layout of the one bedrooms made it hard to efficiently install window units. Very long, railroad style space making shopping for furniture tough.
Advice to owner:
Wonderful building that I miss dearly — Wish we were still comfortable in that smaller space. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Pros:
Everyone is so nice, very quiet environment, great neighbors, love having laundry so accessible. Only moved in here this past year but so far it is way better than our old place!
Cons:
The super is very responsive but forgetful - we asked them to come fix something & they answered in 30 seconds but forgot to show up to do it, but we are also not great at reminding them to do it, so don’t want to fully blame them. Place was also not very clean when we moved in but this seems to be a common issue in apartments
Advice to owner:
Clean your apartments more thoroughly between tenants, but really no other major complaints
