    Building has so many issues it’s insane

    The people are lovely.
    Mostly kind neighbors
    Cons:
    Everything. Lack of gas, communication from management, lack of cleanliness

    Clean up around here for godsakes

    this building is a real community - neighbors chat and location is right near park which is great. live in super always responsive, management less so.
    Cons:
    This building has had really bad issues as of late with a major gas leak. there is no gas as of October which affects ovens/stoves/and dryer machines
    Advice to owner:
    keep up communication with residents
