Great neighborhood. No issues with landlord or neighbors
Cons:
Laundry room shared by 4 buildings and poorly kept. Maintenance in unit was half-assed

Clean common spaces and make effective repairs

Fairly spacious. Responsive and helpful building management.
Cons:
Walk up. Laundry in basement of building next door and laundry room is unkept. Layout and floorpan is questionable (i.e. different level floors, walls askew, cabinetry not aligned with walls).
Advice to owner:
Keep rents affordable.
