Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 124 East 103rd Street highlight mixed experiences. Tenants appreciate the neighborhood and good neighbors but face issues like inconsistent heat, cold water, and pest problems. The management'sunresponsiveness to maintenance requests is a major concern. Renovated apartments and decent cleanliness are positive aspects, but water damage and street noise are drawbacks. Suggestions include improving maintenance responsiveness and addressing individual apartment issues promptly. Despite some positives, the lack of owner approval and recommendation indicates room for improvement in building management to enhance tenant satisfaction.
