Pros:
Location, space, rate.
Cons:
No air conditioning, gets hot fast. Stairs are narrow and I lived on 5th floor.

Pros:
Closeness to train and shops, price for location, apartments are nice and have washer and dryer in unit, rooms very well lit
Cons:
Smell in the hallway, stairs in the hallway don’t seem to get cleaned, even though i live in the building and pay rent i don’t get access to the doorbell system and have to bother my roommate to let people in each time i get something delivered just because i‘m subleasing and therefore not on the lease, doesn’t accept international guarantors, super thin walls
Advice to owner:
make things a bit less complicated for people with no credit score

Pros:
Great location, near the subway and the park. Newly renovated with nice finishes.
Cons:
Very hot in the winter and it's a bit loud. There is also a big issue with package theft. I think a double door or solid front door would have helped with this.
