Scammed !! Cheated and they took my belongings ! These are shady people !

Mall is nearby
Cons:
No heat no hot water for weeks.
Through me out and asked me not to have surgery for my eyes so I could move out.
Kept my belongings after I left the day of my surgery.
Cruel people who wouldn't give me my belongings when I was disabled they took advantage of me and sought to damage my health
Advice to owner:
Be a decent person and stop manipulating people who pay you rent. You are a slumlord, and don't deserve tenants of decent caliper.
Not everyone is as low as you and you owe people to be treated fairly. Not everyone is mentally challenged and even the challenged ESPECIALLY should NOT be scammed!

Classic New York style architecture, flooring, and paneling.
Cons:
Building and apartment were not cleaned. Middle room had no windows. Landlord, Ethan, is not only extremely unprofessional and rude but he will also coerce you into saving his ass in order to receive the money you are legally entitled to. After a fire we were entitled to receive our security deposit back in full within 30 days. Ethan refused to give me the money or respond to my messages. When I finally met with him to get the check he was extremely immature, petty, and forced me to text him a message excusing him of any wrong doing before he would give me the check. The way he conducted himself was shocking and he should not be in charge of any property.
Advice to owner:
Stop continuing nepotism and fire this landlord.
