Johnny was great, the apartment itself sucked

tiny overpriced apartment, cockroaches and mice, no laundry in unit

High price for nothing special

quiet, friendly neighbors, relatively nice location, landlord was very responsive, chill, and fair

dirty, the locks to the front door didn't work half the time, mouse problems year round, almost no kitchen space, no water pressure

I wish the landlord would’ve taken care of the MAJOR mouse issue the whole year

great neighbors, small but sweet, nice location, nice room size
Cons:
Mouse in my bed and cereal bowl and cabinet, I paid for an exterminator myself but the problem is in the walls of the building so didn’t help, landlord is manipulative.
Advice to owner:
You probably should fix the mouse issue because it’s your responsibility to the lease. I could sue if this ever comes back up because I have infinite document of violations.
