Low Maintenance Oversight

Pros:
Great location near the park. Good mix of new and old neighbors.
Cons:
There is very little active management of the building. Super is not on site. Common areas are not well kept. Garbage situation has improved but is still very rat-infested.
Online complaint management is not responsive.

Someone should walk the building on a daily basis.

good for a covid price

Pros:
was there aug 2020-may 2021, we had the cheapest rent ever, I liked having an elevator!
Cons:
the landlord was unresponsive and would show up unannounced, there were rats everywhere outside, the street was so loud with music that often I couldn't sleep until 2am
