Gorgeous pre-war building in decent shape Apartments are pretty large Some great neighbors Super is fast to fix things that are urgent and is very friendly Great neighborhood

Cons

Front doors to building don’t always lock Heat/hot water sometimes goes off Very rude man in the basement by the garbage Things that aren’t as urgent can go a long time without getting fixed
