Building has taken a real downturn
Former Tenant
Pros:
When I moved here in 2018, there were seemingly no issues with the building
Cons:
In the time since, we've regularly had no heat or hot water for days during the coldest winter months, roaches, mice, severe mold, ceiling leaks, package theft, and broken front door. Building super lives in building but is not very responsive and seems to be unable to keep up with the rapidly deteriorating conditions.

Solid functional place for decent Harlem prices
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat is very strong, maybe too strong at times but easy to open window to cool down. Trash is very easy and accessible next to building.
Cons:
Noise was surprisingly worse than I thought it would be for being on a quiet street. May have to do with my bedroom location but in general, noise is loud due to lots of siren activity so I use earplugs to sleep.

Nothing fixed here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and great neighbourhood
Cons:
Management takes months to fix anything. the building door has been broken every months, sometimes we cannot even get out of the building. The ‘fix’ is to tie the door open, then strangers freely walk in and steal packages.
Advice to owner:
Care about your tenants
