    close to train
    Cons:
    pest issue, poor managemeny, cheap landlord, and unless you are white and willing to pay upwards of 3k for an apartment in Harlem they will not treat you right or give you respectable living conditions. has been harrassing rent stabalized tenants to make space for nyc transplants
