Pros:
Two gates to get in so feels secure. There’s an elevator. Has laundry on each floor . Close to the train. The younger boys that deal with maintenance are very responsive
Cons:
Package theft. Neighbors are messy and rude regarding the outside garbage area. Floors of each floor could be cleaned and mop more often. The front office is useless. The front desk girl and David are the worst. The maintenance boys are the only ones who actually do anything.. I’ve never seen such a useless group of people. They either never know the answer to anything, don’t respond at all to requests or questions or make it seem like everything is an inconvenience to them. Laziest group of people with such mediocre customer service.

Cons:
Noise levels can fluctuate with Maison Harlem being in the same building.
