cozy building in harlem
Former Tenant
Pros:
well maintained and helpful super.
Cons:
water leaking and mold issues in the ceiling - could be signs of other issues

Rat infestation
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location was okay
Cons:
-sparse heater and hot water, often broken -every infestation including cockroaches, mice, and others. There was a rat and management did not take care of it. I had to call an outside exterminator to handle the situation, they refused to reply to my requests to compensate.
Advice to owner:
Please take care of the building

Management could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, has cleaned up well. Pretty good water pressure. Feels safe.
Cons:
Intercom usually broken, staff can be loud during early hours. The rats in the garbage in front of the building are some of the biggest I’ve seen . Heat is ok but some times there’s none on cold days, and heat is given on warm days. Management takes forever to work on stuff in the apartment. There is a lack of concern for the needs of tenants. I don’t feel like they really care. Juan just puts off all tasks.
Advice to owner:
Try and figure out ways to better suit the needs of tenants. I understand it’s always easy to replace tenants but they are people too and it goes a long way to just feel like we’re being looked out for.neighbors are fine
